Class Refund Policies
Cancellation Policy

We provide a money-back guarantee. That is, if after the first day of classes, you decide that Annex Improv is not for you, then you will get a full refund. To get this refund you must let us know by email within three business days of the first class.

If you have a valid medical reason for dropping out before you are halfway through a session, we will give you a voucher for 50% off a future class if you let us know the week that you stop attending classes.
Otherwise we generally don't give refunds for cancellation. Annex Improv is a community-based social enterprise operation; each spot in the class represents a significant part of our operating budget.

If you need to miss a class or two, you may be eligible for a make-up class - see below.
Make-up Class Policy
Occasionally a student is unable to attend a class due to an unforeseen reason or a previous commitment. In these cases, you may request a make-up class when we are running a concurrent session (eg. Mondays and Wednesday nights).

We try to keep class sizes small to make sure that everyone participates fully, so if you miss your make-up class the spot will be offered to another student and you will forfeit your make-up class.

However, if you need to miss a class or two, but can't do a make-up class, not to worry. Life happens!
